Awesome chocolate blog.... I really loved it
ReplyDeleteMarou confirms they have no exposure to tree nuts - https://twitter.com/chcltnet/status/286548434897498113
ReplyDeleteThanks! I've added them to the list above.
DeleteHi there- Endangered has switched to cane sugar, and is no longer using beet sugar. Also, Chocolove's non-organic bars are made with beet sugar, according to their FAQ. Only their organic bars are made with cane sugar. https://www.chocolove.com/faq/#choco-sugars
ReplyDeleteI have a cane sugar intolerance, so this is a great list for me. ;)
Thank you for the information about Endangered Species and Chocolove reformulating their chocolate bars. As you point out, according to Chocolove's FAQ, their non-organic bars are supposedly made using beet sugar. However, I recently purchased two additional Chocolove bars to review, and the ingredients still list sugar rather than beet sugar, so I'm going to err on the side of caution and not yet add them to the no cane sugar list.
DeleteSadly, the list of chocolate bars without cane sugar has been shrinking of late rather than growing, so please post again if you come across any others.
Hello,
ReplyDeleteHave you tried any of Mast Brothers chocolate bars?
Thanks,
JJ
